Do you know what is this ECG?

It’s LBBB (Left bundle branch block). Some people find it hard to differentiate LBBB and RBBB (Right bundle branch block).

No worries, there’s a mnemonic for this.

Do you notice the red markings “W” on V1 and “M” on V6? Those are specific for LBBB since in V1 it tends to be in W pattern, while in V6 it tends to be M pattern.

So the mnemonic is: WiLLiaM MaRRoW

V1   V6  
W LBBB M WiLLiaM
M RBBB W MaRRoW

Kinda easy, right?
